FAQ & ACCESS INFO

Can I use Trinity for events outside opening hours?

Maybe. We can apply for a certain number of Temporary Event Notices per year, but they need to be authorised by the Council and applied for a month in advance. We are licenced from 8am if you want to run events in the mornings. Also non licensable events, such as film shoots, can be done at any time.

How do I get there?

Trinity, 378-380 Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2DE. Nearest station is 5 minutes away Harrow on the Hill. We are served by many buses including the N18 which runs into central London all through the night. Please check the contact page for further info and a journey planner.

Is there a backstage area?

Kind of. We have a small back room which can be used for instrument/case storage but it’s not really a place to hang out before the show.

My band would like to play, who do I speak to?

Please email us at [email protected] with a brief bio, some links to your music and tell us what you can bring to Trinity.

I am a promoter who would like to put on a night who do I speak to?

As above. Please have a clear plan in place when explain to us what it is you would like to do.

Can I use my own sound engineer?

Yes, with prior consent.

Can I reserve tables/private areas?

Yes. Tables can be reserved by dropping us an email but will only be held for a short space of time should you not turn up at the agreed time. The upstairs bar can be hired privately. Drop us an email for more info.

How old do I need to be?

Trinity is an over 18’s venue. We operate a challenge 25 Policy so please bring ID.

Why does everyone need to show ID?

It is a licencing condition imposed on us by the local Council. Every patron must have their ID scanned. Yes we can see you are 35 but you still need to show us ID. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You can have your ID stored with us and enter by a finger print scan. Please ask us about setting this up for you. It means you only need bring your ID once.

I’ve lost something how do I get it back?

We keep all lost property for 2 weeks, but as soon as you notice you have lost something please get in touch on 0208 424 9888. If something has an address on it we will post it back to you free of charge. After 2 weeks lost credit cards will be destroyed and clothing taken to the local SCOPE Charity shop.

Why do you keep asking us to be quiet outside?

We have new neighbours just 30 feet away. They are sleeping. We must show utmost respect to them if you want to carry on having late night fun.

I have an accessibilty issue. How can you help?

Trinity is an old building, with no room for a lift or disabled toilet and where the bands play is upstairs. That said, we will do our utmost to cater for your needs.

We are currently in discussions with Atttitude is Everything and have a draft plan in submission to improve access within Trinity. Once that plan is established we will publish details here. We are also currently looking at funding to deal with our two main shortcomings, namely a disabled toilet and some kind of stair lift.

In the meantime we do offer –

  • Level access to bars
  • Portable ramps at ingress & egress points
  • Large print menus
  • Accessible Merchandise
  • Allocated viewing areas with shelving
  • Table service and assistance to people with accessibilty issues
  • Respite area if required
  • Fully trained & briefed staff & security around areas of disability and accessibilty
  • Queue jump for anyone with mobility issues
  • Free tickets to carers of anyone with accessibilty issues
  • Clear signage
  • Advice and information for performers with accessibilty issues is within our tech spec page
  • Specific consideration of mobility issues within our emergency evacaution plans

Currently the nearest disabled toilets are at Wetherspoons (20 yards away) or McDonalds (40 yards away). Both on Station Road. Staff can assist you with getting there. Please just ask.

Be aware that Trinity does use strobe lighting in some performances. If you suffer from any kind of disabilty where this may be an issue, let us know. We may well be able to turn this off.

For any issues please contact us by email [email protected] or by telephone on 0208 424 8555/9888 – we are here to help.
